Terms of Service

Summit Functional Fitness provides online personal training and coaching services, including custom training programmes, a member portal for tracking sessions and progress, and regular check-ins with an assigned coach.

Our packages are as follows:

• Bronze — £30/month. Custom training plan, monthly check-in, and access to the member portal.
• Silver — £55/month. Everything in Bronze, plus fortnightly check-ins and direct coach messaging.
• Gold — £75/month. Everything in Silver, plus weekly check-ins, nutrition guidance, and priority support.

Package details and inclusions are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to existing members with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

You are responsible for ensuring that any physical activity you undertake is appropriate for your current health and fitness level. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions.

Member accounts are created by Summit Functional Fitness staff. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Coaching packages are billed monthly. Payment terms and methods will be agreed at the point of sign-up.

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.

The training programmes and advice provided through our Services are for general fitness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Summit Functional Fitness is not a medical provider.

You acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risks and that you participate entirely at your own risk. Summit Functional Fitness accepts no liability for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome arising from following our training programmes.

If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

All content on this website and within the member portal — including training programmes, written content, design, and software — is the intellectual property of Summit Functional Fitness and is protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Share your account credentials with any other person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform.
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content.
• Interfere with the operation or security of our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Functional Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify existing members of any material changes by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
